About Us

We are Alton and Karen Wallace,  we  have  been  happily  married  46  years  and farming and ranching since  2003.  We  have  always  butchered  steers  for  our  family  and  in  the  spring  of  2023  we  decided  to  offer  our  beef  to  the  public!  

We  raise  black  Angus  cross  cattle.  In  our  efforts  to  bring  you  the  highest  quality beef  possible  our  cattle  are  grass  raised  and  grain  finished!  Our  steers  are  grain  finished  for  a  minimum  of  180  days  and  processed  at  a  state  and  USDA inspected  facility.

We understand that you can’t always make it down to the farm to pick up your beef, so we offer delivery!
